Puppy Yoga with Cocker Spaniel puppies and friends 3:30pm

The puppies are SO excited to have you joining them at the class!

Puppy Yoga will help you to destress and relax through puppy cuddles and yoga. Some class attendees say the serotonin lasted all week after the class! 

The classes will also help the puppies to socialise and build happy confident personalities before they go to their forever homes. So the puppies will benefit from the classes as much as you will.

The structure of the class is as follows:

15 mins of puppy playtime and cuddles

30 mins of relaxing yoga led by one of our amazing instructors

15 mins of more puppy playtime and cuddles

We will provide everything at the class (the mats, the puppies and the serotonin!), so all you need to bring is yourself!  

We also give back to Scottish charities which are at the heart of puppy yoga. We donate to SAMH. SAMH help people in Scotland struggling with mental health. Additionally our two main studios we host classes in: the Eric Liddell community centre and the Crags Centre are both charities. The rent of the studios goes to those charities.

Please note that tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be exchanged, but if you can no longer make the class you are welcome to resell your ticket. If you contact us we can try help you to resell the ticket.
