Puppy Yoga with Cavapoos, Poochons and Dachshunds : Saturday 1st July 3pm

The puppies are SO excited to have you joining them at the class!

A Puppy Yoga Edinburgh will help you to destress and relax through puppy cuddles and yoga. Some class attendees say the serotonin lasted all week after the class! 

The classes will also help the puppies to socialise and build happy confident personalities before they go to their forever homes. So the puppies will benefit from the classes as much as you will.

The structure of the class is as follows:

15 mins of puppy playtime and cuddles

30 mins of relaxing yoga led by one of our amazing instructors

15 mins of more puppy playtime and cuddles

We will provide everything at the class (the mats, the puppies and the serotonin!), so all you need to bring is yourself! The Crags Centre location does have changing facilities if needed but the other locations do not have any, so please come ready to go for the class.

To give back to Scottish charities which are at the heart of puppy yoga we donate to SSPCA and SAMH. Scottish SPCA who help animals in need and prevent animal cruelty and SAMH help people in Scotland struggling with mental health. Both charities are very important and so a portion of our proceeds are split evenly between the two charities: 1.25% of our proceeds will be donated to SSPCA via Work for Good and a further 1.25% of our proceeds will be donated to SAMH. Additionally our two main studios we host classes in: the Eric Liddell community centre and the Crags Centre are both charities. The rent of the studios goes to those charities.
