About the event
The puppies are SO excited to have you joining them at the class!
A Puppy Yoga Edinburgh will help you to destress and relax through puppy cuddles and yoga. Some class attendees say the serotonin lasted all week after the class!
The classes will also help the puppies to socialise and build happy confident personalities before they go to their forever homes. So the puppies will benefit from the classes as much as you will.
The structure of the class is as follows:
15 mins of puppy playtime and cuddles
30 mins of relaxing yoga led by one of our amazing instructors
