About the event
We will be joined by a selection of puppy breeds. Some of the breeds which could appear are: labradors, spaniels, cavapoos, dachshunds.
The puppies are SO excited to have you joining them at the class!
Puppy Yoga will help you to destress and relax through puppy cuddles and yoga. Some class attendees say the serotonin lasted all week after the class!
The classes will also help the puppies to socialise and build happy confident personalities before they go to their forever homes. So the puppies will benefit from the classes as much as you will.
The structure of the class is as follows:
15 mins of puppy playtime and cuddles
