About the event
We are SO excited to have you join us at the class!
Doggy yoga will help you to destress and relax through cuddles and yoga. Some class attendees say the serotonin lasted all week after the class!
Our classes will have some of our cute doggys and puppies. Our dogs love attention and the classes will also help any puppies in the class to socialise and build happy confident personalities before they go to their forever homes. So the puppies will benefit from the classes as much as you will.
The structure of the class is as follows:
15 mins of playtime and cuddles
30 mins of relaxing yoga led by one of our amazing instructors
